研究目的：

本研究拟通过临床实验及建立小鼠模型探究不同种类（地塞米松与倍他米松）、不同剂量（不完全暴露、完全暴露、过量暴露）的产前皮质类固醇激素单一或与硫酸镁的联合暴露对早产儿听力损伤的影响；并探讨产前皮质类固醇激素暴露及产前硫酸镁暴露对早产儿听力损伤产生保护作用的潜在机制，从对早产儿听力产生保护效应的角度为临床选择使用这两类药物提供循证依据。为早期干预提供理论基础和临床依据，避免患儿听力损伤进入不可逆转阶段，从而提升患儿生活质量，减轻患儿家庭经济与情感负担。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the effects of different types ( dexamethasone and betamethasone ) and different doses ( incomplete exposure, complete exposure, excessive exposure ) of prenatal corticosteroid hormone single or combined with magnesium sulfate on hearing loss in preterm infants through clinical experiments and mouse models. To explore the potential mechanism of the protective effect of prenatal corticosteroid exposure and prenatal magnesium sulfate exposure on hearing impairment in premature infants, and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical selection and use of these two drugs from the perspective of protective effect on hearing in premature infants. To provide theoretical basis and clinical basis for early intervention, to avoid the irreversible stage of hearing impairment in children, so as to improve the quality of life of children and reduce the economic and emotional burden of children 's families.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 先天性脑/神经管缺陷； 2. 确诊为先天性感染； 3. 耳瘘； 4. 染色体异常； 5. 颌面部畸形； 6. 聋哑家族史； 7. 使用致聋性抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Congenital brain/neural tube defects; 2. Diagnosed as congenital infection; 3. Ear fistula; 4. Chromosome abnormality; 5. Maxillofacial deformity; 6. Family history of deafness; 7. Use deafness-causing antibiotics.
