研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：本研究的主要目的是了解青少年及年轻女性（9-24岁）肿瘤幸存者HPV接种率和接种意向，评估HPV疫苗接种相关临床特征（原发病诊断及治疗）、社会经济学（母亲学历、家庭收入）影响因素； 2.次要研究目的： （1）评估肿瘤幸存者接种HPV疫苗后的不良反应发生率； （2）评估肿瘤幸存者接种HPV疫苗后的免疫原性、有效性； （3）评估影响HPV接种后免疫原性的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main study objectives: To understand the HPV vaccination rate and vaccination intention of adolescents and young women (9-24 years old) tumor survivors, and to evaluate the clinical characteristics (primary diagnosis and treatment), social and social economics (maternal education, family income); 2. Secondary study objectives: (1) To evaluate the incidence of adverse reactions after HPV vaccination in tumor survivors; (2) To evaluate the immunogenicity and efficacy of tumor survivors after HPV vaccination; (3) To evaluate the relevant factors affecting the immunogenicity after HPV vaccination.

孕妇、哺乳期妇女、免疫系统疾病及对疫苗成分过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, lactating women, immune system diseases, and those allergic to vaccine components.
