研究目的：

1.比较空白组、常规iSupport组和个性化iSupport组三种干预措施对照顾者和失智症患者的有效性； 2.评价基于以上三种干预方法将iSupport项目嵌入常规社区老年照护服务中所采取的实施策略的有效性； 3.评价iSupport目对于家庭照顾者生活质量、自我效能、照顾负担、健康以及失智症患者生命质量的改善效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effectiveness of the three interventions, blank group, usual iSupport group" and tailored iSupport group on caregivers and people with dementia; 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the iSupport program into routine community elderly care services based on the above two intervention methods; 3. To evaluate the effects of the iSupport program on improving the quality of life, self-efficacy, caregiving burden, health of family caregivers and the quality of life of people with dementia.

Intervention：	Training or information about iSupport is first provided to frontline medical staff by the investigator during the implementation of the randomized controlled trial. Frontline medical staff will introduce the iSupport project to participants in the regular iSupport group, and encourage participants to study iSupport project in a self-taught way, with a total of 23 courses and 5 modules. 对符合纳入排除标准的研究对象采用信封法随机分组，将分组方案装入信封，信封外编号，按照纳入顺序由研究对象依次抽取，打开相应编号信封，查看信封内分组结果。研究人员根据信封内的分组方案将研究对象分为常规iSupport组、个性化iSupport组和空白组，并分别采用不同的干预方式对不同组别的研究对象实施干预。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be randomly assigned to different groups using the envelope method. Group assignments will be placed in sealed envelopes, labeled with a number, and then sequentially drawn by study participants according to their order of enrollment. Participants will open the corresponding numbered envelope to reveal their group assignment. Researchers will assign participants to one of three groups: Usual iSupport Group, Tailored iSupport Group, or Blank Group based on the group assignment indicated in the envelope. Different intervention methods will be implemented for each group accordingly.
