研究目的：

本课题拟采用超声引导下的负压吸引旋切术，针对复杂性包裹性脓肿或积液进行治疗，并进行随访观察及疗效评估，初步探讨该方法的临床治疗效果、影响因素及其作用机制，旨在为此类复杂性包裹性病变提供一种全新的、有效的且微创的治疗方法，并提供相应理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use ultrasound-guided negative pressure suction rotational cutting technique for the treatment of complex encapsulated abscesses or effusions, and conduct follow-up observation and efficacy evaluation to explore its clinical treatment effect, influencing factors, and mechanism of action. The aim is to provide a new, effective, and minimally invasive treatment method for such complex encapsulated lesions, and provide corresponding theoretical basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在严重充血性心力衰竭、肾功能衰竭者； （2）凝血功能异常； （3）无法配合呼吸、严重肺气肿、严重肺动脉高压、呼吸衰竭或存在意识和精神障碍； （4）缺乏超声可视化的安全穿刺路径； （5）近期心肌梗死或不稳定型心绞痛。 （6）患有帕金森症（病）严重程度足以增加跌倒的可能性或危及康复； （7）参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) there are serious congestive heart failure, renal failure; (2) coagulant function abnormality. (3) cannot cooperate breath, severe emphysema, severe pulmonary hypertension, respiratory failure, or consciousness and mental disorders; (4) lack of ultrasonic visualization of safety puncture path; (5) recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina. (6) people with Parkinson's disease (disease) severe enough to increase the possibility of a fall or threaten recovery; (7) to participate in other clinical subjects.
