探寻静脉血栓栓塞症新的临床诊断生物标记物，探索新的精准医学治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore new clinical diagnostic biomarkers for venous thromboembolism and to explore new precision medicine treatment strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有自身免疫性、代谢性疾病史； 2.HIV及梅毒阳性； 3.心血管疾病事件(急性冠脉综合征, 脑血管事件, 心肌梗塞 (<3月内), 心力衰竭(EF小于等于30%，或6个月内因心力衰竭入院者); 4.不能或不愿意提供知情同意书或遵循研究的要求； 5.器官移植或严重疾病瘤病史，或者研究人员认为其他原因不适合参加本项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of autoimmune and metabolic diseases; 2. HIV and syphilis positive; 3. Cardiovascular events (acute coronary syndrome, cerebrovascular event, myocardial infarction (< 3 months), heart failure (EF < 30%, or admission for heart failure within 6 months); 4. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent or to comply with the requirements of the study; 5. History of organ transplantation or serious disease, or other reasons considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for this project.
