纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.黏膜下子宫肌瘤数目>=2个； 2.高度可疑子宫内膜恶性肿瘤； 3.存在宫腔镜手术禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Number of submucosal uterine fibroids>=2; 2. Highly suspicious endometrial malignant tumors; 3. There are contraindications for hysteroscopic surgery.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由专人负责随机分组编号的分配。首先将96例患者从1开始编号到96（表1，第一行）；然后从随机数字表中的任一行任一列开始，如从第2行第5列开始，依次读取3位数作为一个随机录入编号下面（表1，第二行）；再将全部选出的随机数字从小到大进行编序号（随机数相同的按照先后顺序编号），记录在第三行；我们规定序号1-48为IBS组，序号49-96为电切组，这样就分组完成了。把每个受试者顺序号、编号以及序号单独放在一个信封内，由专人保管，避免泄露下一个病人的编号以及序号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Assigned person is responsible for the allocation of random group numbers. First, 96 patients were numbered from 1 to 96 (Table 1, row 1). Then, starting from any row or column in the table of random numbers, such as row 2 and column 5, read three digits successively as a random entry number below (Table 1, row 2); Then, all the selected random numbers are numbered from small to large (those with the same random numbers are numbered in sequence) and recorded in the third row; We define serial number 1-48 as IBS group and serial number 49-96 as electrical cutting group, so the grouping is completed. Put each subject's serial number, number, and number in a separate envelope, which should be kept by a special person to avoid revealing the next patient's serial number and number.
