研究目的:

1.探索在高强度运动训练的后吸入氢气对运动员氧化应激水平与炎症因子的影响,验证氢气在氧化损伤与炎症方面的作用,以及对适应性信号的维持机制; 2.通过这种方式关系了解氢气在缓解运动损伤方面的作用,从而可以进行最大运动训练量同时高效恢复运动损伤引起的氧化应激与炎症反应,实现运动效益最大化。  

Objectives of Study:

1.With increases in training load, large amounts of reactive oxygen species are produced in athletes, which lead to oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. 2.Hydrogen may have antioxidation and anti-inflammation effects that suppress the oxidative stress and inflammatory reactions produced in athletes during daily sports training by absorbing hydrogen. This process enables athletes to better adapt to the heavy load of training and thus to improve their competitive ability.

排除标准:

1.吸烟、饮酒或者服用已知会改变激素反应的药物; 2.排除实验期间有明显伤病、在测试前24h内大量饮酒或者含咖啡因较高的饮料和测试数据不全的受试者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Smoking, drinking or taking drugs known to alter hormonal responses; 2. Athletes with obvious injuries during the experiment, heavy consumption of alcohol or high levels of caffeine within 24 hours before the test, or with incomplete test data will be excluded.

The 24 recruited participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups (H2 supplementation received first, or placebo received first), in equal numbers by a person outside the research team who did not know the researchers or participants.
