研究目的：

探究膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节液中微生物的组成，以及对关节炎疾病的影响，以进一步明确膝关节骨性关节炎的发病机制，为临床中膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断及治疗提供新的策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the composition of microorganisms in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis and their effects on arthritis, so as to further clarify the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis and provide a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis in clinic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有创伤感染患者； 2.患有精神类疾病； 3.有闭锁恐惧症、心脏起搏器、除颤器、心脏支架、宫内节育器等MRI禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with traumatic infection; 2. Psychiatric diseases; 3. Contraindications to MRI such as atresia phobia, pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents, intrauterine devices, have contraindications to MRI, such as phobias, pacemakers, etc.
