研究目的：

根据最新的《全球疾病负担》报道，脓毒症已经成为全球公共卫生的严重负担。脓毒症的病理机制至今尚未完全明确，它涉及炎症网络、免疫紊乱、组织器官损害等多个方面，表现为过度的炎症反应和免疫抑制两个阶段；人体肠道微生态可以直接或间接调节宿主多种免疫细胞功能。本实验旨在观察不同时期脓毒症患者肠道菌群的变化，分析在脓毒症过度炎症反应期及免疫抑制期肠道菌群对其他脏器功能的影响，填补此方面研究的空白，为临床医生提供更好的指导。

Objectives of Study：

According to the latest Global Burden of Disease report, sepsis has become a serious burden on global public health. The pathological mechanism of sepsis has not been fully clarified, it involves inflammatory network, immune disorders, tissue and organ damage and other aspects, manifested as excessive inflammatory response and immunosuppression two stages; The human intestinal microbiome can directly or indirectly regulate the functions of a variety of immune cells in the host. This experiment aims to observe the changes of intestinal flora in patients with sepsis at different stages, analyze the effects of intestinal flora on the function of other organs during the period of excessive inflammatory response and immunosuppression of sepsis, fill the gaps in this research, and provide better guidance for clinicians.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 2.患者本人或家属不同意； 3.入住ICU7天内转科、出院或死亡的患者； 4.临床资料不全； 5.入住ICU7天内应用免疫调节药物（例如胸腺肽、糖皮质激素等）； 6.存在自身免疫疾病长期应用免疫调节药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. The patient or their family members do not agree; 3. Patients who have been transferred, discharged or died within 7 days of staying in the ICU; 4. Incomplete clinical data; 5. Apply immunomodulatory drugs (such as thymosin, glucocorticoids, etc.) within 7 days of check-in in the ICU; 6. Long term use of immunomodulatory drugs for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
