本研究旨在明确低剂量氢氧混合物对急性脑梗死的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the therapeutic effect of low-dose hydrogen-oxygen mixture on acute cerebral infarction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近3个月内服用过叶酸、B族维生素、氨甲蝶呤或抗癫痫药物等影响同型半胱氨酸代谢的药物； 2.具有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心脏瓣膜疾病、心房颤动、先天性心脏疾病等心脏疾病史； 3.存在血液系统、内分泌系统疾病，恶性肿瘤，严重的肝、肾等器质性疾病； 4.既往有自身免疫性疾病，或长期服用激素、免疫抑制药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within the past 3 months, have taken medications that affect homocysteine metabolism, such as folate, B vitamins, methotrexate, or anti-epileptic drugs; 2. Have a history of coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease, heart valve disease, atrial fibrillation, congenital heart disease, or other heart diseases; 3. Have blood system, endocrine system diseases, malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney diseases, etc.; 4. Have a history of autoimmune diseases or long-term use of steroids or immunosuppressive drugs.
