探讨超声引导术前横断腹部平面浸润对经历妇科手术患者术后恢复和镇痛的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effect of a under ultrasound guidance preoperative transversus abdominis plane infiltration on postoperative quality of recovery and analgesia in patients undergoing gynecological surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）已知对非甾体类抗炎药、利多卡因、罗哌卡因、阿片类药物过敏的患者；
2）严重凝血功能障碍；
3）活动性胃溃疡或正接受抗凝药物治疗；
4）心肺功能严重不全；
5）合并自身免疫性疾病；
6）长期接受止痛药治疗或近期应用过止痛药治疗的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) known to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, lidocaine, ropivacaine, opioid allergy patients;
2) severe coagulation dysfunction;
3) active gastric ulcer or receiving anticoagulant therapy;
4) severe cardiopulmonary function;
5) combined with autoimmune diseases;
6) patients who have been treated for long-term painkillers or who have recently been treated with analgesics;
