研究目的：

探索在主动营养干预背景下使用SOX XELOX化疗方案的胃癌患者体成分动态变化及其毒副反应。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the dynamic changes of body composition and toxic side effects of SOX XELOX chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer under the background of active nutritional intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.奥沙利铂、替吉奥、卡培他滨过敏患者； 2.入组时卧床状态不能配合营养评估者； 3.合并有其他严重消耗性疾病者； 4.长期使用激素史者； 5.自行终止抗肿瘤治疗或未按规律行体质分析或副反应随访者； 6.胆红素>正常值上限1.5倍，肌酐>正常值上限1.5倍； 7.有运动禁忌征。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with oxaliplatin, Tiggio and capecitabine allergies; 2. Patients who were in bed state and could not cooperate with nutritional assessment at the time of enrollment; 3. Persons with other severe wasting diseases; 4. Long-term use of hormones; 5. Spontaneous termination of antitumor therapy or failure to perform regular physical analysis or adverse reactions; 6. Bilirubin > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, creatinine > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; 7. Have contraindications to exercise.
