研究目的：

运用可穿戴电化学传感器对健康成人及糖尿病人群进行汗液葡萄糖监测，并与与指尖血糖及静脉血糖进行相关性分析，以评估可穿戴电化学传感器无创汗液葡萄糖监测的准确性。

Objectives of Study：

To perform sweat glucose monitoring using a wearable electrochemical sensor in healthy adults and diabetic populations and correlated with fingertip glucose and venous glucose to assess the accuracy of non-invasive sweat glucose monitoring with a wearable electrochemical sensor.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除经具备资质的人员评估，不能耐受传感器者； 2.受试者的传感器或器械放置区域患有任何未痊愈的不良皮肤病（例如，银屑病、皮疹、葡萄球菌感染）； 3.受试者为有生育能力的女性，且妊娠筛查试验结果为阳性； 4.受试者在入组前 6 个月内出现过低血糖癫痫或导致意识丧失的低血糖或发生过糖尿病酮症酸中毒（DKA）； 5.受试者有癫痫发作史； 6.受试者患有导致晕厥的中枢神经系统疾病或心脏病； 7.受试者患有心脏方面的疾病； 8.受试者有肾上腺功能不全史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude those who cannot tolerate the sensor as assessed by qualified personnel; 2. Subjects with any unresolved adverse skin disease (e.g., psoriasis, rash, staph infection) in the area of the sensor or device placement; 3. Subjects who are fertile females with a positive pregnancy screening test; 4. Subjects who have had a hypoglycemic seizure or hypoglycemia resulting in loss of consciousness or a history of Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) within 6 months prior to enrollment; 5. Subject has a history of seizures; 6. Subject has a central nervous system disorder or heart disease that causes syncope; 7. Subject has a cardiac disorder; 8. Subject has a history of adrenal insufficiency.
