研究目的：

观察益气活血法对脓毒症患者心脏功能的影响，探讨其对脓毒症心脏保护作用的潜在机制。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Qi and blood activation on cardiac function in patients with sepsis, and to explore the potential mechanism of its cardioprotective effect on sepsis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 年龄在18岁以下或80岁以上者，或为妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。 2. 基础疾病不可逆或预计48小时内死亡患者，如晚期恶性肿瘤、特重型颅脑损伤等。 3. 过敏体质，或者已知对本药成分过敏者。 4. 放弃抢救，不能进行常规西医及基础生命体征支持治疗的患者。 5. 不符合纳入标准，未按规定用药和治疗，或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those under the age of 18 or over 80, or pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patients with irreversible underlying diseases or expected death within 48 hours, such as advanced malignant tumors, extremely severe head injury, etc. 3.Allergic constitution, or known to be allergic to the ingredients of this medicine. 4.Patients who have given up rescue and cannot undergo conventional Western medicine and basic vital signs support therapy. 5.Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, do not use and treat as prescribed, or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
