探究骨性关节炎发展过程中，不同软骨损伤条件下其表观遗传学改变及其发病机理  

Objectives of Study：

To explore epigenetic changes and pathogenesis in the different conditions of cartilage lesions during the development of osteoarthritis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝肾心等功能不全者或有活动性胃肠病变者;2.血液及内分泌系统疾病者3.合并有类风湿性关节炎化脓性关节炎等关节疾病;4.有癌症史等;5.研究者认为具有任何不宜参加此试验的因素的受试者

Exclusion criteria：

1. The liver, kidney and heart are not insufficient or accompany with actively gastroenteric disease;
2. Blood and endocrine system disease;
3. Rheumatoid and suppurative arthritis and other joint diseases;
4. History of cancer or tumor;
5. The researchers thought that anyone who was unfit to take part in the experiment.
