研究目的：

研究基于视觉和运动反馈的脑机接口联合经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中后上肢功能恢复的临床疗效，为卒中后上肢的康复提供新的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical efficacy of brain computer interface based on visual and motor feedback combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on the recovery of upper limb function after stroke, and to provide new treatment methods for the rehabilitation of upper limbs after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.进展型卒中或蛛网膜下腔出血，病情不稳定者； 2.合并严重心脏病、原发性高血压等内科疾病及精神创伤、认知功能障碍者； 3.并发严重肌张力障碍和／或不自主运动； 4.植入或携带可能干扰脑机接口的起搏器、颅内或治疗区域有金属部件植入； 5.癫痫、脑肿瘤患者； 6.依从性差不愿配合康复训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Progressive stroke or subarachnoid hemorrhage, unstable condition; 2. Patients with severe heart disease, primary hypertension, and other internal medical diseases, as well as psychological trauma and cognitive impairment; 3. Complicated with severe muscle tone disorders and/or involuntary movements; 4. Implantation or carrying of pacemakers, intracranial or therapeutic areas with metal components that may interfere with brain computer interfaces; 5. Patients with epilepsy and brain tumor; 6. Those who have poor compliance and are unwilling to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
