研究目的：

利用健康行为程式模型（Health Action Process Approach，HAPA）构建布鲁氏菌病患者健康教育干预模式。探索健康干预是否能改善布鲁氏菌病患者的健康行为，比较基于移动健康干预模式与常规管理模式在人群中产生的效果差异，从而为改善布鲁氏菌病患者的健康行为、帮助预防或控制病情等干预措施提供相应依据，探究出一套借助移动智能终端的、可推广、可持续的布鲁氏菌病患者健康教育干预模式。

Objectives of Study：

To use the Health Action Process Approach (HAPA) to build a health education intervention model for brucellosis patients. Exploring whether health interventions can improve the health behavior of brucellosis patients, comparing the differences in effectiveness between mobile health intervention models and traditional management models in the population, in order to provide corresponding basis for improving the health behavior of brucellosis patients, helping to prevent or control the condition, and exploring a set of scalable and sustainable health education intervention models for brucellosis patients using mobile intelligent terminals.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者无固定联系方式、无家属负责联系、不方便电话或微信联系； 2.患者服用任何精神类药物； 3.患者存在神志、语言表达不清、不合作等精神症状； 4.患者合并其他系统严重疾病、严重躯体功能损害； 5.患者已参与其他临床试验； 6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 7.其它原因不适合参与试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients have no fixed contact information, no family members are responsible for contacting, and it is not convenient to contact them by phone or WeChat; 2. The patient takes any psychotropic medication; 3. The patient has mental symptoms such as unclear consciousness, language expression, and lack of cooperation; 4. Patients with severe systemic diseases or severe physical dysfunction; 5. The patient has participated in other clinical trials; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Other reasons not suitable for participants in the experiment.

对58例布鲁氏菌病患者进行了方便抽样。使用计算机随机数生成器将他们按1:1的比例分为干预组和对照组，并接受为期3个月的干预。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Convenience sampling was performed to recruit 58 patients with Brucellosis. They were assigned into the intervention group and control group in a 1:1 ratio by using a computer-based random number generator, and all received a 3-month intervention.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	All research results, including clinical and laboratory data, will be recorded in the subjects' medical records and case report forms (CRF). Researchers are responsible for ensuring that all parts of the CRF are completed correctly and can be validated based on source data. Each completed CRF must be dated and signed. A copy of the original CRF will be transferred to the lead investigator of the trial. The initial CRF will be left to investigators. The researcher will archive all experimental data (subject identification code list, source data, and researcher files) and related communication in the research database file. All source data in the database and all relevant documents of the study will be archived in accordance with laws and regulations after the trial is finalized.
