Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of plasma renin activity on the selection of antihypertensive drugs for resistant hypertension

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、严重肝、肾疾病（GFR＜30ml/1.73m2和ALT正常值上限2.5倍者）；2、 孕妇、哺乳期妇女或有妊娠意向者；3、 肿瘤； 4、继发性高血压；5、不能坚持随访或依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe liver and kidney disease;
2. The pregnent woman;
3. Patients who have previous cancer treatments;
4. The secondary hypertension;
5. The poor compliance
