研究目的：

通过人工智能和机器学习术后新发房颤预警，建立房颤预警人工智能和机器学习数据库，并进行临床验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish an artificial intelligence and machine learning database for predicting new postoperative atrial fibrillation through artificial intelligence and machine learning, and conduct clinical validation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）年龄>80岁的成年患者 2）房颤病史 3）急诊手术 4）射血分数<40% 5）既往心脏手术病史 6）先天性心脏病 7）肝肾功能损害（检测结果超出正常值上限的3 倍） 8）需要放疗、化疗或长期激素治疗的疾病 9）甲状腺功能亢进控制不佳 10）参与另一项临床试验 11）拒绝入组

Exclusion criteria：

1) Adult patients over 80 years old; 2) History of atrial fibrillation; 3) Emergency surgery; 4) Ejection fraction<40%; 5) Previous history of cardiac surgery; 6) Congenital heart disease; 7) Liver and kidney function damage (detection results exceeding 3 times the upper limit of normal values); 8) Diseases that require radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or long-term hormone therapy; 9) Poor control of hyperthyroidism; 10) Participate in another clinical trial; 11) Refuse to join the trial.
