研究目的：

明确“通督调神”针刺能促进老年MCI患者认知功能的恢复，改善其日常生活能力，提高生存质量，同时副反应少，安全性高，值得临床推荐，为针灸治疗轻度认知障碍提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify that "Tongdu Tiaoshen" acupuncture can promote the recovery of cognitive function in elderly patients with MCI, improve their daily living ability, improve the quality of life, and have fewer side effects and high safety. It is worthy of clinical recommendation and provides evidence-based basis for acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重基础疾病，病情不稳定者； 2.存在言语障碍，有严重的视力减退、听力障碍，不能配合评定和治疗者； 3.有明显精神及情绪异常，影响针刺治疗者； 4.正在参与其他研究者； 5.其他医务人员认为需排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with serious underlying diseases and unstable conditions; 2. Those with speech impairment, severe vision loss, hearing impairment, and unable to cooperate with assessment and treatment; 3. Those with obvious mental and emotional abnormalities that affect acupuncture treatment; 4. Those who are participating in other researchers; 5. Other cases that medical personnel deem necessary to exclude.
