提出一种简单、经济、有效的髋臼重建技术，以解决DDH患者髋臼骨大面积缺损问题。  

Objectives of Study：

To present a simple, economic and effective acetabular reconstructive technique to resolve the massive acetabular bone defect in DDH scenario.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.常规手术禁忌症； 2.有THA手术史，术中需要取出内植入物； 3.感染风险高； 4.大量骨缺损，前壁或后壁缺失或超过40%的骨未覆盖。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Routine surgical contraindications; 2. A history of THA surgery and need to remove internal implants during the operation; 3. A high infection risk; 4. Massive bone defect when there is either the absence of anterior or posterior wall or more than 40% of the uncoverage.
