研究目的：

本研究拟为合并脑卒中行非心脏、非颅内手术患者建立术后神经系统并发症发生的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to establish a risk prediction model for postoperative neurological complications in patients with stroke undergoing non-cardiac and non-neuro surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.门诊手术； 2.被诊断为脑卒中急性期； 3.由于语言、视觉或听觉障碍无法完成神经认知或谵妄评估； 4.精神分裂症患者； 5.存在认知功能障碍，如昏迷或者痴呆; 6.参与其他研究项目； 7. ASA 分级 >= 4; 8.研究者认为患者不宜参加本研究的其它原因，该原因必须明确且详细记录在CRF中。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Outpatient surgery; 2. Diagnosed as acute stroke; 3. Unable to complete neurocognitive or delirium assessments due to language, visual, or auditory impairments; 4. Patients with schizophrenia; 5. Existence of cognitive impairment, such as coma or dementia; 6. Participate in other research projects; 7. ASA rating>=4; 8. The researchers believe that there are other reasons why patients should not participate in this study, which must be clearly and in detail recorded in the CRF.
