研究目的：

分析基于智能手机的 “综合教育+互动管理”模式在改善2型糖尿病受试者的血糖控制、治疗依从性等方面的有效性和安全性，进一步探索其“延续性效应”，旨在探讨有效管理2型糖尿病的新模式，以促进智能终端应用在糖尿病教育管理中的推广应用，提高医学诊疗数字化水平、促进社会和谐发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aims to analyze the effectiveness and safety of smartphone-based comprehensive education and interactive management in patients with type 2 diabetes. We will further explore the continuation effect of this interactive management. By conducting this research, we hope to explore a new model for type 2 diabetic education and promote the application of smartphone applications in diabetic management, thus improving the digital level of medical diagnosis and treatment and promoting the harmonious development of society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或在半年内计划妊娠； 2.胰岛素泵使用者； 3.前三个月病情不稳定需要频繁调整用药； 4.严重的糖尿病并发症或伴有明显的脏器功能疾病； 5.酗酒或滥用药物史； 6.阅读、认知行为能力不能胜任手机APP的操作； 7.精神异常患者和生活不能自理者； 8.患有肿瘤，近半年内接受放疗、化疗的患者； 9.近半年内参加过其他相关强化生活方式干预研究； 10.正在参加其他研究课题或健康管理项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or planned to be pregnant within six months; 2. Insulin pump users; 3. Frequent medication adjustment needed due to unstable condition in the first three months; 4. With severe diabetic complications or obvious organ dysfunction; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Unable to operate mobile APP due to the ability of reading and cognition; 7. Patients with mental disorders who can not take care of themselves; 8. Patients with tumors who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the past six months; 9. Patients who have participated in other relevant intensive lifestyle intervention studies in the past six months; 10. Patients who are participating in other research or health management projects.

进行为期24周（6个月）的基于智能手机的生活方式行为干预。APP干预组的学习有课题组的监督，并在APP上记录每日血糖、饮食、运动情况，会收到医生和营养治疗师的反馈和个体化指导。

A 24-week (6 months) smartphone-based lifestyle intervention will be conducted. The learning of the participants in group B will be supervised by the research group. The daily blood glucose, diet, and exercise are required to be recorded on the APP, according to which the participants will receive feedback and individualized guidance from doctors and nutrition therapists.
