研究目的：

1. 开展多中心真实世界临床研究，探索基于数字疗法的妊娠期生活方式干预能否降低妊娠期糖尿病高危人群发展为妊娠期糖尿病的风险以及体重管理和营养有关结局指标改善情况。 2. 评估基于数字疗法的GDM高危人群干预模式预防妊娠期糖尿病的实施情况，包括有效性、规范性、可接受性、采用性、恰当性、可行性、实施成本、覆盖度（普及率）和可持续性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct a multicenter, real-world clinical research to explore whether digital therapy-supported lifestyle interventions in pregnancy can reduce the risk of developing gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and improvements in weight management and nutrition-related outcome indicators in people at high risk for GDM. 2. To evaluate the implementation of a digital therapy-based intervention model for the prevention of gestational diabetes in people at high risk for GDM, including effectiveness, standardization, acceptability, adoption, appropriateness, feasibility, cost of implementation, coverage (prevalence), and sustainability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 基线调查时空腹血糖（fasting plasma glucose，FPG）≥7.0 mmol/L； 2. 当前妊娠已存在的任何形式的糖尿病、高血压； 3. 本次妊娠合并严重心脏病、肝病、肾病、免疫性疾病等严重内外科疾病者； 4. 无智能手机或无法正常使用智能手机； 5. 生活无法自理，不能签署知情同意书的患者； 6. 不愿意配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fasting blood glucose (FPG) >=7.0 mmol/L ; 2. Any form of diabetes mellitus or hypertension already present in the current pregnancy; 3. Serious medical or surgical diseases such as severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or immune disorders combined with the current pregnancy; 4. No smartphone or unable to use smartphone properly; 5. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves and cannot sign the informed consent form; 6. Those who are unwilling to cooperate.
