研究目的：

观察早期体外膈肌起搏治疗、高频震动排痰治疗等综合肺康复措施对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AECOPD）患者的运动耐力、呼吸系统症状、生活质量和心理状态的影响，探讨其对AECOPD患者的安全性和临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation measures such as early external diaphragm pacing therapy and high-frequency vibration sputum removal therapy on exercise endurance, respiratory symptoms, quality of life and mental state of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD), and to explore the safety and clinical effects of these measures in patients with AECOPD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他慢性呼吸系统疾病：如恶性肿瘤、肺结核、支气管哮喘、肺间质纤维化等； 2.需使用有创呼吸机支持治疗、严重电解质紊乱或生命体征不稳定患者； 3.既往COPD处于稳定期也不能进行轻微运动或由于躯体其他疾病需完全卧床，不能配合完成6min步行试验者； 4.合并有严重心衰：即心功能分级为NYHA(New York Heart Association，美国纽约心脏病学会) Ⅳ级； 5.有肌肉、骨骼或神经病变影响肺康复治疗； 6.既往3个月内参加过肺康复训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge with other chronic respiratory diseases, such as malignant tumors, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, etc; 2. Patients who need to use an invasive ventilator to support treatment, severe electrolyte disorders, or unstable vital signs; 3. Previously, COPD was in a stable phase and was unable to engage in mild exercise, or due to other physical conditions requiring complete bed rest, unable to cooperate in completing the 6-minute walking test; 4. Concomitant severe heart failure: i.e. heart function graded as NYHA (New York Heart Association) IV; 5. Muscle, skeletal or neurological disorders affecting lung rehabilitation treatment; 6. Those who have participated in lung rehabilitation training within the past 3 months.
