研究目的：

筛选可预测脑卒中预后的高敏感度和特异度的脑脊液新型生物标志物，并在同步血标本中进行验证，进一步与临床变量结合提高精准个体化预测脑卒中临床结局的能力。  

Objectives of Study：

Screening for novel cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity that can predict stroke prognosis, and verifying them in blood samples, further combining with clinical variables to improve the ability to predict stroke clinical outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 病前任何原因所致的生活不能自理；过去卒中遗留的神经功能缺损未完全恢复；合并妊娠、感染或炎症性疾病者；伴有严重肝肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍、恶性肿瘤或免疫抑制剂治疗者；拒绝签署知情同意书、拒绝随访的受试者； 或： 2. 病前任何原因所致的生活不能自理；过去卒中遗留的神经功能缺损未完全恢复；出血部位累及脑室或蛛网膜下腔者；外伤、肿瘤引起颅内出血；合并妊娠、感染或炎症性疾病者；伴有严重肝肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍、恶性肿瘤或免疫抑制剂治疗者；拒绝签署知情同意书、拒绝随访的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to take care of oneself due to any pre-illness reasons; The neurological deficits left by past stroke have not fully recovered; Patients with pregnancy, infection, or inflammatory diseases; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, or immunosuppressive therapy; Subjects who refuse to sign informed consent forms or refuse follow-up; Or: 2. Inability to take care of oneself due to any pre-illness reasons; The neurological deficits left by past stroke have not fully recovered; Those whose bleeding site involves the ventricles or subarachnoid space; Intracranial hemorrhage caused by trauma or tumors; Patients with pregnancy, infection, or inflammatory diseases; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, or immunosuppressive therapy; Subjects who refuse to sign informed consent forms or refuse follow-up.
