研究目的：

通过分析了NEC患者和健康新生儿大便菌群多样性和丰度，发现的NEC患儿优势菌群。分析了NEC患者和健康新生儿尿液代谢物的HNMR分析，结合肠道菌群DGGE图谱，找出肠道菌群与代谢的相关性，为母乳替代品添加成分以及益生菌口服提供科学的指导。  

Objectives of Study：

investigate how the gut bacteria contribute to the host metabolic phenotype and hence to NEC in the full-term neonate for the purpose of better seeking for the pathogenesis of NEC and prevention of the NEC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

住院时间小于24h、休克、败血症、全身炎症反应综合征、消化道畸形、遗传代谢疾病.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital bowel defects. 2. Intensive light therapy for hyperbilirubinemia necessitating the use for three phototherapy lamps. 3. Any immunodeficiency disease. 4. Inherited metabolic dis-order. 5. Those who had undergone abdominal surgery before enrollment
