评价外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数对吸入性肺炎患者诊断、预后以及指导治疗中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the value of peripheral blood eosinophil count in diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of aspiration pneumonia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肺依赖位浸润性病变，无细菌感染征象； 2.确诊为其他疾病（如肺癌、肺结核、哮喘、COPD、支气管扩张、COVID-19）； 3.有实体瘤或血液系统恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性和内分泌失调、寄生虫病和真菌病、过敏性疾病史的患者，既往6个月内接受类固醇治疗的患者，以及正在接受抑制骨髓活性治疗的患者。所有这些临床情况都会影响外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infiltrative lung lesion in dependent position without bacterial infection signs; 2. Confirmation of different diagnosis (eg, lung cancer, tuberculosis, asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, COVID-19); 3. Patients with a history of solid tumors or hematological malignancy, autoimmune and endocrine disorders, parasitic and fungal diseases, allergic disorders and patients received steroids within the previous six months patients, and suffering from disease or receiving therapy that suppresses the bone marrow activity. All these clinical conditions can affect peripheral eosinophil counts.
