研究目的：

本试验为前瞻性队列研究，通过对纳入患者进行神经心理学测试及记录术前术中术后各项指标，探究围术期导致患者PND的因素并对高危PND患者进行风险预测，为今后PND机制探究及治疗提供新方向新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial is a prospective cohort study. By conducting neuropsychological tests on the included patients and recording various preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative indicators,we explore the factors that lead to PND in the perioperative period and predicts the risk of high-risk PND patients, providing new directions and new ideas for future PND mechanism exploration and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前MMSE≤23分；严重心肺疾病；听读写语言障碍；术前存在脑血管病变；低血红蛋白；手术时间<2h或>5h；孕妇或哺乳期妇女；在研究开始前 30 天内或者正在参与其他临床研究 。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative MMSE <= 23 points; severe cardiopulmonary disease; hearing, reading, writing, and language barriers; preoperative cerebrovascular disease; low hemoglobin; operation time < 2 h or > 5 h; pregnant or lactating women; within 30 days before the start of the study or participating in the study other clinical research.
