观察阿伐斯汀联合氯雷他定对慢性难治性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对复发的影响

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy, safety and recidivation of Acrivastine combined with Clarityne in patients with chronic and intractable urticaria

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；2.其他类型荨麻疹患者如皮肤划痕症、物理刺激引起的荨麻疹（压力、寒冷、日光灯）、胆碱能性荨麻疹、遗传血管性水肿及有其他已知原因引起的荨麻疹（药物、感染等因素）；3.合并湿疹、特应性皮炎患者；4.已知对研究药物过敏者；5.严重肝肾疾病，血液系统疾病，自身免疫病，慢性严重感染，糖尿病，精神病，吸毒，酗酒者等；6.有已知的病理性心律失常及器质性心脏病；已知或怀疑QT延迟者；7.恶性肿瘤或其他可能影响正常评估疗效的严重疾病者；8.系统用皮质类固醇及其他免疫抑制剂（雷公藤等）停药时间小于4周.

Exclusion criteria：

1. women in pregnancy and/or lactation;
2. other types of chronic urticaria (including physical urticaria, aquagenic urticaria, cholinergic urticaria, contact urticaria, exercise induced urticaria);
3. accompanied with eczema and atopic dermatitis;
4. known allergic history toward drug or moisturizer under study;
5. Have severe hepatic disease, kidney disease, hematological system diseases, autoimmune disease, chronic severe infectious disease,diabetes, mental illness, drug addiction, alcoholism;
6. There are known pathological arrhythmias and organic heart disease; QT delay is known or suspected;
7. have a history of malignancy or any severe or uncontrolled systemic disease;
8. have taken systemic corticosteroids or other systemic immune inhibitors (e.g. Tripterygium wilfordii et al.) within 4 weeks.
