本研究旨在通过单细胞多组学分析探讨脓毒症的异质性。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the heterogeneity of sepsis through single-cell multiomics analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

所有成人组入组人员的排除标准为：1）怀孕；2）骨髓或实体器官移植、脾切除、放化疗；3）肿瘤、HIV感染、自身免疫性疾病、接受过大剂量免疫调节药物治疗（包括强的松或类固醇等值、化疗或生物免疫调节剂）等；4）感染源评估为“混合”感染或不明来源者。所有儿童组入组人员的排除标准包括:(1)有恶性肿瘤史、器官移植史、正在进行化疗史或诊断为遗传免疫缺陷者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria for all adults were: 1) pregnancy; 2) Bone marrow or solid organ transplantation, splenectomy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3) tumor, HIV infection, autoimmune disease, receiving excessive doses of immunomodulatory drugs (including prednisone or steroid equivalent, chemotherapy or biological immunomodulatory agents); 4) The source of infection is assessed as "mixed" infection or unknown source. Exclusion criteria for all children included :(1) a history of malignancy, a history of organ transplantation, a history of ongoing chemotherapy, or a diagnosis of genetic immunodeficiency.
