探讨耳穴贴压法在CRBD中的应用效果，为CRBD防治提供新思路  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of auricular acupressure (EA) application on CRBD

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并慢性病或重要脏器功能不全者；②脊柱损伤影响排尿功能及泌尿系统异常，如前列腺肥大、前列腺增生、尿道狭窄、泌尿系统感染等；③存在可能诱发术后躁动的疾病，如精神系统疾病；④对穴位贴医用胶带过敏者；⑤术后血压低于其基础血压 20％，或者患者术后苏醒时间＞2h。

Exclusion criteria：

The following exclusion criteria were applied: ① In patients with comorbid chronic conditions or significant organ dysfunction; ②Spinal injury affects voiding function and urinary abnormalities, such as prostatic hypertrophy, prostatic hyperplasia, urethral strictures, urinary infections, etc.; ③ Presence of diseases that may induce postoperative agitation, such as psychiatric disease; ④ in those allergic to acupoint sticking medical tape ;⑤The postoperative blood pressure was less than 20% of her basal blood pressure or the patient had a postoperative awakening time > 2H.

采用王不留行子耳贴固定于所选穴位上，患者每天定时按压耳穴3次，每个穴位需要按压3分钟左右，按压强度视患者耐受程度而定，应使患者耳廓感觉发胀发热为宜，连续3天。

The seed of cowherb fixed to the selected points, patients pressed the auricles 3 times one day timed to require pressing on each point for about 3 min, and the intensity of the pressing, depending on the degree of patient's tolerance, should make the patient feel swollen and febrile, for 3 consecutive days.
