研究目的：

探究小脑与大脑运动皮层rTMS治疗对在脑卒中后吞咽障碍治疗中的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the difference in the efficacy of cerebellar versus cerebral motor cortex rTMS treatment in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有心、肝、肾等严重疾病，生命体征不稳定； 2. 正在服用抗癫痫、抗抑郁等镇静药物的患者； 3. 气管切开或气管插管患者； 4. 有颅骨缺损或颅骨修复术后； 5. 有颅内金属内置物、颅内压过高等经颅磁刺激治疗禁忌症； 6. 正在参加其他临床研究者； 7. 依从性差，容易失访的患者； 8. 研究者认为其他不适合入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases, with unstable vital signs; 2. Patients who are taking anti-epileptic, anti-depressant and other sedative drugs; 3. Patients with tracheotomy or tracheal intubation; 4. There is a skull defect or after skull repair; 5. Contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation such as intracranial metal implants and high intracranial pressure; 6. Participating in other clinical researchers; 7. Patients with poor compliance and easy to lose follow-up; 8. Other patients who are not suitable for enrollment in the researcher's opinion.

1.刺激频率选择：10Hz的重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)。 2.刺激部位选择:实验组G1选择患者双侧小脑作为刺激部位（坐标：咽部运动区，枕骨隆突下方2.5cm和外侧4.3cm） 3.刺激线圈选择:使用蝶形线圈拍。

1. Stimulation frequency selection: repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) at 10 Hz. 2. Stimulation site selection:Experimental group G1 selected the patient's bilateral cerebellum as the stimulation site (coordinates: pharyngeal motor area, 2.5 cm below and 4.3 cm lateral to the occipital ramus) 3. Stimulation coil selection: Butterfly coil beat was used.
