研究目的：

本研究為第一篇針對Idiopathic scoliosis對固定式腳踏車有氧運動分析其神經肌肉對稱性表現之研究，讓原發性脊柱側彎患者可以了解此疾病合適之固定式腳踏車有氧運動之踏頻參數，繼續長期保持運動習慣，並持續改善疾病狀況，提升患者生活品質與自信。

Objectives of Study：

This study is the first study to analyze the neuromuscular symmetry performance of stationary bicycle aerobic exercise for Idiopathic scoliosis, so that patients with primary scoliosis can understand the cadence parameters of stationary bicycle aerobic exercise suitable for this disease , continue to maintain long-term exercise habits, and continue to improve disease conditions, improve the quality of life and self-confidence of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

可能影響肌肉骨骼系統正常代謝的藥物治療；過去 3 個月內骨折或手術；神經肌肉疾病、帕金森、老年癡呆、眩暈等病史。沒有受試者有神經肌肉疾病史，並且在調查時沒有受試者被診斷出患有疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Drug therapy that may affect the normal metabolism of the musculoskeletal system; fracture or surgery within the past 3 months; history of neuromuscular diseases, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, vertigo, etc. No subject had a history of neuromuscular disease, and no subject had been diagnosed with a disease at the time of the survey.
