研究目的:

评估文化适应的16课时KONTAKT项目在中国学龄期孤独症儿童中的可行性和可接受性。提供16课时中文版KONTAKT(交得益)的初步有效性和成本效益。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the culturally-adapted 16-session version of the KONTAKT programme in Chinese autistic children. To provide preliminary effectiveness and cost-effectiveness data on the 16-session Chinese version of KONTAKT.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.排除脑损伤、脑瘫、严重的听力或视力障碍、严重代谢疾病; 2.在过去六个月内有严重的破坏规则、攻击性、自伤和伤人行为,并通过儿童行为检查量表核实; 3.面谈了解儿童的参与动机低; 4.儿童在汉字阅读理解或普通话表达和理解方面有明显困难; 5.既往史询问中既往或目前存在对立-违抗障碍、品行障碍、反社会人格障碍、边缘人格障碍、精神分裂或其他可能会明显干扰参与度或其他需要优先处理的精神状况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Have a cerebral palsy, brain injury, severe hearing or visual impairment, and severe metabolic disease; 2. Have severe rule-breaking, aggressive, self-injurious, and wounding behaviours within the last six months, as confirmed by Child Behavior Checklist; 3. The child has a low intrinsic motivation to participate, as indicated by the in-person intake interview; 4. The child has significant difficulties with Chinese characters reading comprehension or Mandarin expression and comprehension; 5. Have prior or current self-injury, conduct disorder, antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions in the history taking that may significantly interfere with participation or require other treatment.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Randomisation will be conducted by a third party not involved in the KONTAKT child version trial using computer-generated random numbers. The permuted block numbers of 4-6 will be used to restrict randomisation within the strata (gender).

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集采用纸质问卷、网络问卷、录像和访谈的形式。纸质数据有统一的档案记录表,并统一保管在上锁的档案柜中。网络问卷数据和纸质数据数据录入到EpiData系统。录像资料会存放于一个加密的外置硬盘中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data were collected in the form of paper questionnaires, web-based questionnaires, videos, and interviews. Paper data had a uniform case record form and were kept in a locked filing cabinet. Web questionnaire data and paper data data are entered into the EpiData system. Video data will be saved in an encrypted external hard disk.
