研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨帕金森综合征患者在不同运动任务下皮层激活模式的变化，以及皮层激活模式与运动参数的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of cortical activation patterns under different motor tasks in patients with Parkinson's syndrome and the relationship between cortical activation patterns and motor parameters.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其它精神类疾病； 2. 癫痫患者及服用可以引起癫痫药物者； 3. 合并颅内其他器质性疾病或严重系统性疾病（如严重心脏病、高血压等）； 4. 6个月内发生过骨折，存在影响步态的骨、关节疾病 ； 5. 正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other mental diseases; 2. Patients with epilepsy and those taking drugs that can cause epilepsy; 3. Complicated with other organic diseases or serious systemic diseases (such as severe heart disease, hypertension, etc.); 4. Fractures have occurred within 6 months, and there are bone and joint diseases affecting gait; 5. Participating in other clinical trials.
