本研究将对疑似原发性免疫缺陷病患者的基因检测结果进一步评估，以期确定致病基因突变。本研究将有效整合临床诊疗信息和基因检测结果，探索诊断和治疗原发性免疫缺陷病的精准手段。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will further evaluate the genetic testing results of patients with suspected primary immunodeficiency disease, with the aim of identifying pathogenic gene mutations. By effectively integrating clinical diagnostic information with genetic testing results, this study aims to explore precise methods for the diagnosis and treatment of primary immunodeficiency disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者； 2. 接受过器官移植患者； 3. 正接受抗肿瘤药物治疗患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; 2. Patients who have received organ transplantation; 3. Patients who are receiving antineoplastic drugs.
