研究目的：

1.观察中医脏腑之病及疾病类型在高血压病及各分级患者中的分布规律及特点。 2.分析出中医脏腑之病、疾病类型与高血压病患者年龄、性别、体重、身体质量指数、腰围（+臀围）、病程、并发症和合并症，血压分级（诊室血压+24小时动态血压）、心率、血管弹性指数、以及生化检查结果（血脂、血糖、肾功能）之间的关系，进一步分析出中医脏腑之病及疾病类型的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the distribution pattern and characteristics of TCM visceral diseases and disease types in patients with hypertension and each classification. 2. To analyze the relationship between TCM visceral diseases and disease types, age, gender, weight, body mass index, waist and hip circumference), disease duration, complications and comorbidities, blood pressure classification (office blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure), heart rate, vascular elasticity index, and biochemical examination results (blood lipids, blood glucose, renal function) in patients with hypertension. The relationship between the results (lipids, blood glucose, renal function) was further analyzed to find out the factors related to the disease of the internal organs and the type of disease in Chinese medicine.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病患者； 2.精神病或者言语表达障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Patients with mental disorders or speech disorders.
