研究目的：

1. 了解慢性肾脏病患者盐阈水平。 2. 分析慢性肾脏病患者味觉障碍的影响因素。 3. 了解慢性肾脏病患者限盐饮食认知与态度。 4. 构建干预方案并对慢性肾脏病患者进行限盐干预。 5. 评价患者盐阈及生理生化指标变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the salt threshold in patients with chronic kidney disease. 2. To analyze the factors affecting taste disorders in patients with chronic kidney disease. 3. To understand the cognition and attitude of salt restricted diet in patients with chronic kidney disease. 4. Construct intervention plan and carry out salt-limiting intervention for patients with chronic kidney disease. 5. Salt threshold and physiological and biochemical indexes of patients were evaluated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在精神疾病无法主动配合干预者。 2. 存在口腔疾患或行口腔手术六月以下可影响盐阈测试者。 3. 接受肾脏替代治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental illness prevents active cooperation and intervention. 2. The presence of oral disease or oral surgery within 6 months may affect the salt threshold test. 3. Get kidney replacement therapy.
