研究目的：

比较急性消化性溃疡出血高危患者急诊内镜组织胶水注射治疗与标准内镜治疗两种治疗方法的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the safety and efficacy of emergency Medical Glue Embolization type injection and standard endoscopic therapy in patients with high risk of acute peptic ulcer bleeding

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 高度怀疑溃疡恶变的患者； 2. 合并其他肿瘤患者； 3. 门脉高压静脉曲张出血的患者； 4. 严重的心肺及脑血管疾病，包括急性心肌梗塞、严重的传导阻滞及心功能衰竭等；包括严重肺部感染、严重肺气肿、肺心病及呼吸衰竭等；包括严重脑缺血、严重脑梗塞等；患有其他终末期疾病者；无法接受或配合内镜治疗者； 5. 合并有消化性溃疡穿孔，需要外科手术者； 6. 严重肝肾功能不全； 7. 研究者认为不适合入选者； 8. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with high suspicion of malignant ulcer transformation; 2. Patients with other tumors; 3. Patients with varicose bleeding from portal hypertension; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases, including acute myocardial infarction, severe conduction block and heart failure; Including severe lung infection, severe emphysema, pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure; Including severe cerebral ischemia, severe cerebral infarction, etc. Suffering from other end-stage diseases; Patients who cannot accept or cooperate with endoscopic therapy; 5. Patients with peptic ulcer perforation requiring surgery; 6. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. The researcher considers that the candidate is not suitable; 8. Pregnant or lactating patients.
