研究目的：

基于调脏腑和调冲任结合的中医理论基础和调节自主神经功能的现代医学理论基础，通过与常规针刺比较，观察背俞穴透夹脊穴结合任脉和脾经腧穴的针刺方案对围绝经期烘热症状的影响，探讨本方案的近期和远期临床疗效及潜在机制。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the Chinese medicine theory of regulation of internal organ and Chong-ren meridian, and the Western medicine theory of regulation of autonomic nervous system, with the comparison of acupuncture, this study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of penetration needling of Back-shu acupoints towards Jia-ji acupoints and acupoints of Ren meridian and spleen meridian for menopausal hot flashes, to explore the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy and potential mechanisms of this scheme.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.原因不明的阴道不规则出血，且出血量多，伴血流不止者； 2.合并卵巢囊肿、乳腺癌、卵巢肿瘤、或盆腔恶性肿瘤者； 3.双侧卵巢切除术、子宫切除术者； 4.放化疗病史或正在接受放化疗者； 5.近3个月曾接受绝经激素治疗，包括口服激素、经皮或经阴道雌激素； 6.近1个月曾服用其他治疗绝经相关症状的药物或保健食品，包括植物雌激素、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）、选择性5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素双重再摄取抑制剂（SNRIs）、加巴喷丁、可乐定、黑升麻、中药等。 7.合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾和血液系统疾病等原发性系统性疾病，或严重精神疾病者； 8.存在针刺的禁忌症，包括施针部位皮肤有感染或严重皮损、受试者晕针、严重惧针、金属过敏等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cryptogenic irregular vaginal bleeding, with heavy and non-stop blood flow; 2. Ovarian cyst, breast cancer, ovarion tumor, pelvic malignance tumor; 3. Oophorectomy, or hysterectomy; 4. History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5. Received hormone replacement therapy 12 weeks prior to enrollment; 6. Received phytoestrogens, serotonin-reuptake inhibitors, selective serotonin and norepinephrine dual reuptake inhibitors, gabapentin, clonidine, black cohosh, traditional Chinese medicineor, or other alternative therapies 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 7. Severe primary systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and blood system diseases, or severe mental illness; 8. Has contraindication of acupuncture, including infection or severe skin damage at the acupoints, dizziness or fear towards acupuncture, metal allergies, etc.
