研究目的：

本项目拟从“微生物-肠-脑轴”角度出发，利用多模态 MRI技术联合微生物组学分析，重点阐述FCon患者肠道菌群多样性和物种相对丰度的异常改变与患者脑结构、功能、连接损害的关系，并进一步探讨FCon患者脑损害与肠道菌群紊乱和精神障碍类疾病是否存在中介关系。提出了FCon患者肠道菌群紊乱可引起脑结构、功能、连接的损害，进而导致FCon发生及其伴随的精神障碍类疾病发生、发展这一科学假设。本项目有助于从 “微生物-肠-脑轴”角度理解FCon发生、发展的神经机制，进而为以肠道菌群作为干预靶点治疗FCon以及相关药物研发提供理论基础的研发提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, we aim to elucidate the relationship between abnormal alterations in the diversity and relative abundance of species in the gut microbiota of patients with fcon and the impairment of brain structure, function, connectivity, using multimodal MRI combined with microbiome analysis from the perspective of the "" microbiome gut brain axis "", and to further explore whether there is a mediating relationship between brain damage and gut microbiota disturbance and psychiatric disorders in patients with fcon. It has been proposed that the disturbance of intestinal flora in fcon patients can cause damage to brain structure, function, connection, and then lead to the scientific hypothesis that fcon occurs and its concomitant psychiatric disorders like disorders. This project can contribute to the understanding of the neural mechanisms underlying the occurrence and development of fcon from the perspective of the "" microbiota gut brain axis "", and then provide a theoretical basis for the development of gut microbiota as an intervention target for the treatment of fcon as well as related drug discovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

FCon患者排除标准： 1.既往有腹部手术史；继发性便秘病人；先天性巨结肠患者； 2.有中枢神经系统疾病或严重系统性疾病，如心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全等；脑外伤病史；脑梗病史； 3.药物依赖史；长期烟酒史； 4.存在MRI检查禁忌症，如幽闭恐惧症，有金属植入物等； 5.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。 正常对照组排除标准： 1.药物依赖史；长期烟酒史； 2.存在MRI检查禁忌症，如幽闭恐惧症、有金属植入物等； 3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

FCon patient exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of abdominal surgery; Patients with secondary constipation; Patients with Hirschsprung's Colon; 2. Central nervous system diseases or serious systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.; History of traumatic brain injury; History of cerebral infarction; 3. History of drug dependence; long-term history of tobacco and alcohol; 4. There are contraindications to MRI examination, such as claustrophobia, metal implants, etc.; 5. Pregnant or lactating women. Normal control group exclusion criteria: 1. History of drug dependence; long-term history of tobacco and alcohol; 2.
