研究目的：

失眠障碍（Insomnia Disorder，ID）是影响民众健康和生活质量的重大公共卫生问题，我国普通人群ID的患病率约为15%[1]。ID不仅会引起患者日间功能障碍，还会增加心血管疾病、抑郁、焦虑和痴呆等疾病的发病率，对国家经济和居民健康带来沉重的负担[1]。然而目前ID发病机制尚不清楚，为ID的治疗带来挑战，因此研究ID发病机制及创新疗法符合国家和人民的精神健康需求，并且符合国务院颁发的《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》以及中国脑科学计划中“一体两翼”的总体布局[2]，具有重大的社会价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Insomnia Disorder (ID) is a major public health problem affecting people's health and quality of life, and the prevalence rate of ID in the general population is about 15%. ID will not only cause daytime dysfunction in patients, but also increase the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, depression, anxiety, dementia and other diseases, bringing a heavy burden on national economy and residents' health [1]. However, the pathogenesis of ID is still unclear, which brings challenges to the treatment of ID. Therefore, the research on the pathogenesis and innovative therapy of ID is in line with the mental health needs of the country and people, and in line with the "13th Five-Year Plan for National Science and Technology Innovation" issued by The State Council and the overall layout of "One body and two wings" in China's brain Science Program, which has great social value.

排除标准：

排除标准：A. 睡眠障碍性疾病导致的失眠，如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、睡眠周期性肢体运动等导致的失眠；B. 严重自杀意念，严重精神障碍；C. 曾经或目前有烟酒和药物滥用史；E. 妊娠；F. 有磁共振禁忌症；G. 幽闭恐惧症；H. 3周内服用过影响大脑功能或者血流的药物；I. 精神、神经疾病史；头部外伤史；J. 家族遗传病；K. 全麻手术史；L. 重大躯体疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: A. Insomnia caused by sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, sleep periodic limb movement, etc.; B. severe suicidal ideation, severe mental disorder; C. Has or currently has a history of tobacco, alcohol and drug abuse; E. pregnancy; F. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging; G. claustrophobia; H. Taking drugs that affect brain function or blood flow within 3 weeks; I. History of mental and neurological diseases; History of head trauma; J. Hereditary diseases in the family; K. History of general anesthesia surgery; L. History of major physical illness.
