研究目的:

本研究计划实现⽆导航设备的靶点精准定位,包括: 1. 基于磁共振脑影像个体化分析⽅法 及数据处理模块、实现对⽬标⽪层刺激点进⾏精准计算并将其坐标投射⾄颅外头⽪表⾯; 2. 采⽤头⽪坐标定位尺,实现临床⽆导航精准定位,提⾼刺激靶点的定位精度和速度; 3. 验证⽆导航个体化靶点定位⽅法的重测信度和调控效果。  

Objectives of Study:

This study plans to achieve accurate target positioning without navigation equipment, including: 1. Based on the individualized analysis method of magnetic resonance brain image and data processing module, accurate calculation of target cortical stimulus points can be achieved and their coordinates can be projected to the surface of the scalp outside the skull; 2. Scalp coordinate positioning ruler was adopted to realize precise positioning without navigation in clinical practice and improve the positioning accuracy and speed of stimulus targets; 3. Verify the retest reliability and regulation effect of the navigation-free individualized target location method.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 有较严重的合并症(包括肾肝功能不全、心肌梗塞、心衰、消化道出血、严重感染、精神障碍及痴呆、癫痫、骨关节病变等); 2. 有明显的意识或精神异常者; 3. 有幽闭恐惧症者; 4. 体内安装有心脏起搏器者; 5. 不能配合者; 6. 妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe complications (including renal and liver insufficiency, myocardial infarction, heart failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe infection, mental disorders and dementia, epilepsy, osteoarthropathy, etc.); 2. Have obvious consciousness or mental abnormality; 3. Claustrophobic; 4. Patients with cardiac pacemakers installed in their bodies; 5. Can't cooperate; 6. Pregnant patients.

健康人组为被试内设计,非随机对照试验 脑卒中后偏瘫病人组为单组干预前后比较,验证无导航定位尺的精准定位效果

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The healthy control group is within-subject design, nonrandomized control study. The poststroke hemiplegia group is to compare the intervention effect before and after rTMS with the precise targeting toolkit of non-navigation ruler.

盲法:

被试内设计,非随机对照实验,fMRI任务激活点与手运动热点都位于外侧运动区,被试无法察觉两者的区别,进行rTMS刺激的操作者不参与数据分析

Blinding:

within-subject design, nonrandomized control study, both fMRI task activation points and hand motion hotspots are located in the lateral motor area, and subjects cannot detect the difference between the two targets. Operators of the rTMS do not participate in data analysis.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采集的数据均为数字形式,不存在污染问题,数据由两名硕士一年级学生采集,两人核对,采集后由研究负责人保存在两块独立的硬盘中,数据需共享时将会隐去一切可识别参试者的信息
