研究目的：

1.观察候鸟老人在南、北方不同生活期的膳食、营养、免疫水平的差异，探索其中对维护健康方面的保护因素和危险因素； 2.通过对候鸟老人在南、北方不同生活期前后粪便的16S rRNA基因测序分析发现其肠道菌群多样性及分布的变化规律； 3.通过统计分析结合理论知识共同得出有利于提高老年人营养、免疫水平的膳食营养策略和具体措施。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the differences in diet, nutrition, and immune levels of elderly migratory birds in different life periods in the south and north and explore the protective and risk factors for maintaining health; 2. By sequencing the 16S rRNA gene in the feces of elderly migratory birds before and after different life periods in the south and north, the changes in the diversity and distribution of their gut microbiota were found; 3. By combining statistical analysis with theoretical knowledge, we can jointly identify dietary nutrition strategies and specific measures that are beneficial for improving the nutritional and immune levels of the elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有肿瘤、血液系统疾病、严重器质性疾病、精神性疾病、痴呆或轻度认知障碍，或预期在1年内要进行手术者； 2.在入组前的1月内出现过急性疾病或感染性疾病（如外伤、心脑血管意外、上感、腹泻等）或使用过抗生素、益生菌等药物者； 3.不能满足纳入标准中入岛及离岛生活时间要求，或者预期无法保证全程参与研究者，以及研究人员认为其他原因不适合加入研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with tumor, blood system disease, serious organic disease, mental disease, dementia or mild cognitive impairment, or who are expected to undergo surgery within 1 year; 2. Those who have experienced acute disease or infectious diseases (such as trauma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident, upper sense, diarrhea, etc.) or used antibiotics, probiotics, etc. within one month before enrollment; 3. Those who cannot meet the requirements for entry and departure time in the inclusion criteria, or who are expected to be unable to participate in the entire study, or who are deemed unsuitable by the researchers for other reasons.
