To evaluate the accuracy of human papillomavirus (HPV) E6/E7 mRNA detection in cervical cancer screening.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有盆腔放化疗史、曾做过宫颈手术或全子宫切除术者； 2. 妊娠期或产后8周及以内的女性； 3. 生殖道急性炎症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of pelvic chemoradiotherapy, cervical surgery or total hysterectomy; 2. Patients who are pregnant or within 8 weeks after delivery; 3. Patients with acute genital tract inflammation.
