研究目的：

探究肝脏及血液LCMR1表达与2型糖尿病的相关性，并通过评估相应指标与LCMR1的变化趋势，尝试从中找到有助于糖尿病预后或药物研发的潜在靶点，为糖尿病的治疗开辟新的视野和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between LCMR1 expression in the liver and blood and type 2 diabetes and to find potential targets for the treatment of diabetes by assessing the relationship between clinical indicators and LCMR1.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重糖尿病急、慢性并发症者； 2.有胰腺炎病史者； 3.严重全身性疾病或存在器官衰竭者； 4.接受长期全身性皮质类固醇治疗、免疫抑制剂或细胞毒治疗者； 5.有妊娠可能的女性患者或孕妇； 6.依从性差或不能合作的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe acute or chronic complications of diabetes; 2. Those with a history of pancreatitis; 3. Persons with severe systemic disease or organ failure; 4. Those receiving long-term systemic corticosteroid therapy, immunosuppressive or cytotoxic therapy; 5. Female patients with potential pregnancy or pregnant women; 6. Subjects with poor compliance or inability to cooperate.
