研究目的：

通过回顾患者的2D面部图像、3D人脸数据、CT、MRI、眼部临床体征和人口学信息等多模态数据资料，建立识别眼眶病的卷积神经网络模型，为临床实践提供一种简便、高效的眼眶病识别方式。在多个独立外部数据集中对深度学习系统进行外部验证。进一步通过遥感技术分析不同地区的环境因素，包括空气质量、生态环境质量、夜间灯光等因素，并分析其与眼眶病发病情况之间的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

By reviewing the multi-modal data such as 2D facial images, 3D facial data, CT, MRI, eye clinical signs and demography information of patients, a convolutional neural network model for identifying orbital diseases is established, which provides a simple and efficient way for clinical practice to identify orbital diseases. Validate the model in multiple independent external datasets. Further analyze environmental factors in different regions through remote sensing technology, including air quality, ecological environment quality and nighttime lighting, and analyze their correlation with the incidence of orbital diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（一）眼眶病患者人群：无。 （二）正常人：眼表、眼睑、眼眶存在异常体征（如眼球突出、眼球内陷、眼睑退缩、上睑下垂、眼睑内翻、眼睑外翻、内外眦位置异常、眶区对称度高度差异等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with orbital diseases: None. (2) Healthy people: There are abnormal signs on the surface of the eye, eyelids, and orbit (such as exophthalmos, enophthalmos, eyelid retraction, ptosis, entropion, ectropion, abnormal position of the inner and outer canthus, and high differences in orbital symmetry).
