研究目的：

比较氩气刀免缝合技术和传统缝合技术对接受肾部分切除术的患者术后短期和长期肾功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to compare the effects of argon-beam coagulation suture-free and conventional suture techniques on renal function after partial nephrectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组接受常规缝合技术，试验组接受氩气刀免缝合技术。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 完全内生性肿瘤； 2. 术前诊断为肾错构瘤； 3. 存在全麻禁忌的患者； 4. 在研究期内合并其他可能影响患者肾功能的疾病（研究者判断）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Completely endogenous tumor; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of renal hamartoma; 3. Patients with general anesthesia contraindications; 4. Combined with other diseases that may affect the patient's renal function during the study period (judged by the investigator).
