研究目的：

评估术中红细胞输注前最低血红蛋白值与高原患者术后不良事件及远期预后之间的相关性，拟界定高原人群术中输血的适当时机，从而为进一步确定高原人群术中输注红细胞的阈值和安全性提供临床数据，减少高原患者围术期输血并发症、提高术后生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the correlation between the nadir hemoglobin before red blood cell transfusion and postoperative adverse events as well as long-term outcomes of patients at high altitude, and to define the appropriate timing of intraoperative red blood cell transfusion of patients from high altitude, so as to provide clinical data for further determining the threshold and safety of intraoperative red blood cell transfusion of patients from high altitude. To improve the safety of perioperative blood transfusion of patients from high altitude and reduce the complications of perioperative blood transfusion.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.心脏手术； 3.于手术台上死亡； 4.发生输血过敏反应的患者； 5.除缺铁性贫血以外的血液学或凝血功能障碍； 6.无法获取主要结局指标的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2. Cardiac surgery; 3. Died during surgery; 4. Transfusion allergic reaction; 5. Hematological or coagulation disorders other than iron deficiency anemia; 6. Patients who could not obtain the main outcome indicators.
